RE: Changes to Constitution

 

Dear Members,

 

Lismore Swans Junior Australian Football Club (LSJAFC) 2020 committee have ratified on this day 21st February, 2020 to make the following changes to the current constitution of the LSJAFC per appendix A.

 

As per current requirements, the appendix along with existing constitution is therefore on public display as of Saturday 22nd February, 2020 in the building known as the Mortimer Oval Canteen.

Requested changed will be made live on the club website no later than Monday 24th February, 2020

 

Period for feedback is therefore open for 30 days effective 22nd February, 2020 and will close at 5pm Sunday 22nd March, 2020

 

All feedback is to be received reference to appendix a and point of variation, and include

• Paid playing members full name

• Paid playing members date of birth

• Your full name

• Your relationship to playing member

All feedback to be emailed to the club lismoreswansjuniors@gmail.com

 

Feedback to be collated by the club committee, with a special meeting called within 7 days of closure of feedback period within a 30 day period of notice for called meeting.
