Lismore Swans Junior Australian Football Club (LSJAFC) make notice of intent to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 7pm on Wednesday 14 October.
Due to COVID-19, the AGM will be held via Zoom. Due to user restrictions, this will be via RSVP only.
To RSVP for the AGM or to nominate for a position, please email email@example.com no later than 7pm on Tuesday 6th October.
All positions will be vacated and up for nomination. It should also be noted, that as part of the constitution requirements, our President Phillip Knowles will be vacating his role at the end of this year. The club thanks Phillip for his work and efforts over the past 3 years.

The nomination form requires application by a third party, seconded by an existing committee member and accepted by the nominee.

General Committee members are voted in post executive committee, and then at the 1st special meeting, and then voted into their speciality roles. The constitution of the LSJAFC allows a maximum of 12 members to form the committee. There is no restriction on sub non-voting committee’s to be formed or officer appointed into specialist roles to assist.
The General committee roles available to be selected are:
Registrar, community coordinator, recruitment officer, Media officer, Facilities officer, canteen coordinator, coaching coordinator, merchandise officer, infrastructure and grants officer, fundraising officer, equipment steward & Volunteer Manager.
